What is Love Path Advisor

Love Path Advisor is a special matchmaking feature available during Valentines’ day. Users could fill in a survey to provide information for us to match the most suitable partner for everyone!

Research Goal

• Measure and evaluate Love Path Advisor’s user experience
• Collect users’ feedback for actionable insights
• Investigate user friction that discourages people from using this feature

Target Interviewee

• Both users and non-users of Love Path Advisor(preferably 50-50)
• 40 responses minimum

Data Collection Methods

• Sharing the survey to uni WhatsApp groups
• With the help of the PR team, we asked USThing Instagram followers to fill in the survey
